Some More Pictures From The 1999

Hard Workers!  At left, Bernard KC4UPX and his daughter Tina covered the 7 to midnight shift for six nights.  Above, Dave N4UBH and Mark KB2EHJ worked a double-shift (2-Midnight) on Monday, and 9-2 on Tuesday.

Barb N4YRO and Rick N4VQT covered for Charlie W4VFJ, when illness kept Charlie away Sunday morning.  I got several offers from hams who wanted to fill in... all saying they wanted to help Charlie out!

Kerrell W4KGL and Arlene KF4YBI each covered several shifts.  Kerrell says it's great to be retired.

Clayton KE4DOX and Joe WA2UZO on duty Saturday morning, above.  Right - if you work talk-in at the RARS Hamfest, you recognize this building's alternate function.

George WA4EKJ, and non-ham Warren Chou, on Saturday.  Warren's from Atlanta, vising family here.  Back home, he helps the Red Cross as a volunteer at many events.

The lil' devils... Jeannie Bailey (left) is the EMS Coordinator, and Leslie Price runs the First Aid station (she's our boss).

Not all hams worked for the Red Cross.
Byron K4NGJ (left, along with some friends) was a familiar face at Gate 4.

Oh, Boy!  Even MORE pictures from the fair...
